Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
The item must be in the same condition as received.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery:
Opened or used medical supplies
Personal care items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
Products with tampered or broken seals
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the product and packaging. We will either:
Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
Offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup (if applicable).
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
6. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within the return window.
